STANDING WITH OPERATORS IN CRITICAL MOMENTS

QRF stands for Quick Reaction Force; a cohesive unit ready to respond to threats anytime, anywhere. Within the Special Forces Foundation, we are prepared to send team members or requested persons to respond to operators in crisis.

Suicide is an increasing concern within the Special Forces community. Many operators experience a loss of identity, purpose, and direction after leaving the military. The lack of team camaraderie can deepen isolation and, in severe cases, lead to suicidal ideation.

The QRF program bridges that gap by coordinating rapid peer support, travel when needed, and immediate access to clinical and alternative mental health resources—both in-person and remote.

Direct Crisis  Peer Response

When an operator is in crisis, reconnection with a teammate can save lives. We coordinate immediate peer support and, when appropriate, arrange in-person travel to ensure no operator faces a breaking point alone.

Rapid Peer Mobilization

We activate trusted members of the community to respond quickly when someone is struggling, whether physically present or remotely connected.

Travel Assistance

When a personal connection is critical, we fund or coordinate travel so peers can be physically present during moments of crisis or recovery.

If you or someone you know needs help, we’re here.
